so i can even drink juice? im cutting out booze and i dont drink fizzy soft drink, what do i drink?

This is so great. Such great advice! I wish more runners, and well…the general public understood the weight training aspect. I I recently opened a business and my last 2 years have been so hard amd a struggle…my workouts have lagged, my cravings for sugar have increased🤦♀️, my motivation is gone & trying to get much sleep is so hard…so I saw this video and like seeing these to try to help me motivate to get back to my normal self🤞🏼

Youre funny and thank you for all your tips. I will incorperate them into my life. I already get enough sleep and i schedule mine. I just need to cut out the sugars. I have a question if thats okay? Is it okay to drink wine i like my wine red and more alchol and no sweetness. How often should i drink wine? I love wine.
You can eat a burger: just don't eat it every day. My problem is portioning my food.

1)distribute your protein throughout the day 20-30g for big meals,10g for snacks
2)eat fat, healthy fats make you fuller for longer and help you stay healthy
3) cut out sugar except your training fueling
4) get more fiber
5) strength train
6) enough sleep

Something what your saying is just not true ; yes it is important to get quality food for a healthy life style and if you want to be able to run on a consistent basis you need to have these quality foods in your diet. However what determines whether you lose weight is just calories in and calories out. You can eat pizza all day but if you burn more calories you would lose weight that does not mean you are being healthy
It amazes me that people demonize sugar….it is a low calorie food and is pure energy.
People in poor countries work in the fields all day eating pure carbs like rice.

You show some good stuff but if you're going to bring in actual diet advice please see show the studies. Cold pressed oils also are horrible for you. There's a lot of literature on that also.
