  2. Man your videos, I don't think I'll ever be able to thank you. So many of my friends just simply stop exercising when they can't afford to go to gym for whatever reason. But since I watch your videos almost religiously, I almost never skip workout. No matter where I am I'll always find way. I made facepull system on charpoy which consists of a pulley, long wire, rope and I can simply put all this in bag, go to park and perform facepull there with a tree.

    I have a question is it smart to bench press a high amount try and do it as much as you can and then you put on lower weight go as long as you can and do on till u tired that’s what I do
