Day 1 – very intense workout. Δ° took a lots of pauses in the middle but fortunately i did it ( by the way i don't have any abs right now so let's see what happens after 2 weeks)

Really great program. In the beginning I couldn't even complete the exercises half the time, but the steady progress is extremely motivating. However, I noticed that my lower back hurts extremely when doing some of this exercises. Am I doing the exercises incorrectly or is it just taking more time for the lower back to get used to the program as well?

this is my type of workout! slow and controlled movement for the win. always hated how core workouts involved unneedeed fast paced jerking and would get me winded rather than burning. so i stopped training it for a while. finally found someone who trains abs exactly the same way i love training every other part of my body. thank you for this!
