IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK OUT YOUR ABS, READ THIS: These exercises donβt target the abs effectively, if at all. The abs are responsible for lumbar flexion, meaning they round the back. The twisting movements will target the obliques, which are the muscles surrounding the abs, but the so called βcrunchesβ are not going to target the abs. If you REALLY want to get abs with the same equipment he has, do two AMRAP (as many reps as possible) sets of crunches (if you have dumbbells, then do 2 sets of 12-15 reps of weighted crunches), two AMRAP sets of bicycles, and if you have a place you can hang from, two sets of 8-15 reps of hanging leg raises. This will ACTUALLY workout your abs.

Can you do planches instead of static hold
10 reps or less till failure or you'll have weak abs.
Dont be fooled, no legendary workout is gonna work if you have fat, this guy has around 10% body fat. Start with a cal deficit diet, then do this legendary workout when you have less fat.
