Good clickbait. When I saw the title of this video, the first thing I did was look at its date of publication, thinking it would be April 1. But even with that not being the case, I knew that the nicest guy in fitness wasn't going to diss anyone — or even know quite whom to diss, since he's not the kind of guy to waste his time hate-watching videos.
3:40 this made me laugh, especially because of the 'back in the 'nam' flashback look on his face. 🤣🤣 And I'm proud to say if I'm killed off in the gym, five deep breaths and I'm acting normal again. 😁😁
Glad to see Jocko on here, his podcast literally changed my life when I found it in 2019. It's honestly incredible how his Discipline = Freedom thing winds up applying to all aspects of your life once you start getting your stuff in order. Plus he and Echo are just great together with the way Echo can relate everything in a more "normal" way compared to Jocko's military background.
