  1. This Extreme Keto diet is very Controversial. We never would go for it.
    Simply look at researches done about Okinawa Island at Japan – most Longevity and .Healthy people live there. Their diet based on High in Carbs ( of course, mostly good carbs) and low on proteins – Ratio is 10 to 1! !! It is Famous so called Okinawa Ratio of Longevity!
    And Moderate on fat
    Unlike, even opposite of pushed lately Dangerous Keto diet!
    Sorry, but looking at Dr. Eric Berg – not having impression of a healthy, happy person … but more an Anorexic, emaciated body… Poor him…

    Sooooo my big problem with this is the cost. My food budget is maxed out as it is? What food is ok to not upgrade to organic/farmers market/grass fed/etc. for example I can buy salmon, but not the best quality, especially if I’m switching from cheap peanut butter to almond butter, and from store chicken to locally raised free range chicken or whatever.
    Basically how do I eat healthy in a budget

I started doing a Keto diet and a month or two in accidentally started doing fasting just because i was never hungry i can go 24 hours before getting hungry have lost over 20 kilos in about 4 months (full disclosore i started at 130k so maybe its easier to loose when you are so over) its been life changing and it started thanks to your Keto Videos Dr Berg.

  25. 18 hours of fasting in 24 hours? no. That isn't correct. Its been proven to be best to do 8-10 hours. Research
