Somehow i can't control my lower back, and it's always bended more, lower than the higher back, which makes my lower back hurts and I can't feel my abs.
Was unsure if i did it correctly since i can do 1 minute with ease
My mother can Do 5 min plank ( she said that she has the record of doing 5 mins plank in her gym )

I remember when I was in grade school. Grade 5. Our teacher tells us to plank until you can't do it anymore, you can stop anytime, and thankfully lasted for 5 mins π

My face goes dark red when i do the plank for a minute and I get dizzy quickly from planks only.
No other exercise gives me that effect, is this improper breathing or improper form who else have got the same issue as me?
