    For the first one I’d probably sub the peas for zucchini or tomatoes, mushrooms and maybe some onions. Peas are good but it’s also high in carbs so along with the potatoes it’s a bit much for me personally but you could just add more veggies on top of that

    There are two types of breakfasts I see. Ones I call gimmick breakfasts. That aren’t very good just designed to look good or be unique. Then there are actual breakfasts that are fast, look like it was prepared like breakfast, have all the essential nutrients and carbs for the start of the day.

    Drink lots of water as your body cannibalizes its own fat. It'll help move the waste out. If u don't get the nutrients u need your hair n teeth will fall out and menses will stop so b careful. I do like the channel.

    I like to make a smoothie with 1 banana, 1 cup of preferred milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and some oats. Super easy, good, and filling too; and there's some variations I try from time to time.
