  16. Thanks for another wonderful class. This is my fifth and I look forward to trying all the beginner classes and then repeating them until it feels like I have a hang of each exercise before I move to the next level. I am happy that I am doing this before joining a group class as it helps to know what you are doing so you dont always have your eye not eh computer – or leader! Thank you so much.

  18. Harea Vlada says:

Am I doing it wrong if I don't feel, not even slightly tired after the work out? Cause I feel like I should feel at least at least a little bit?!😁😅 I'm still a beginner and have trouble with the breathing so I don't think I should move to intermediate. Someone help me, please! I don't know what I'm doing 😁

  19. I’m New to Pilates, but your videos make it easy to follow and really pleasant to do!

I just found your channel and I am really enjoying the beginner series so far. I like the flow of the exercises, my fitness level is beginners, but this is a workout i think I can stick with and it feels good on my body. Happy to be able to do these at home. I've come across a gem with your channel and truly grateful for this. My goal is to keep up and do these 3-4x a week.

Hi Nicole. I just started Pilates this year. Trying to get a new and better me. I am not new to exercise, I run twice a week spring-fall, I walk 3 times a week, do zumba twice a week, do floor exercises every morning and do weights 2-3 times a week. My question is how many times a week should I do pilates. Im trying to find a schedule that will incorporate Pilates, weights and cardio. What are your suggestions?

Nicole You teach amazing classes. I really appreciate your reminders about what we are doing with our bodies in addition to the movements themselves e.g. pull in stomachs towards back, lift from lower buttocks, etc. I also appreciate you and encouraging style, beautiful execution and huge variety. YOur videos are transforming my body and soul. Thank you thank you.

  32. Dear Nicole, not the first time I'm saying it, but your courses are the most efficient I know ! As I'm ending some sciatica pain, I'm using your beginner courses to gently stretch.and dynamize my back, and gosh I feel so great!! Thanks a lot from France!

  33. love this video so much! I've been doing this set every other day for the last couple of weeks and it's the first time I actually enjoy exercising ❤️

  34. Great class for revalidation.

  35. Jei Dee says:

Doing this before I start my day ( moving to a new apartment) Helps me with all the lifting and carrying of my stuff 💪🏻

  36. Iara says:

Really good! Thank you so much! I didn't have a lot of energy today, so this workout was perfect! One suggestion, maybe when you're teaching how to arch our back, like neutral and imprinted, you could lift up your arm so we can actually see the movement on your back. I still don't know if I'm doing it right or not.. 😅😅

  37. Edina Gaspar says:

I am recuperating from a nasty cold and chest infection, I had to skip a few weeks of working out and still not feeling 100% but I missed moving…this was perfect for me now, I feel comfortably exhausted. Thank you!!! Love your workouts so much!!! 🥰😍
