  19. I did it all at first attempt. Didn't have to watch first. Though I wanted to give up at 18:00 😅 glad I didn't. Those active rests came at the right time, just when I needed them. I'm definitely going to be doing this for the next 2 weeks everyday. It's not too hard & not too easy, just exactly what my strength can carry❤

    My tighs are wobbling currently though, especially when I'm standing.

Haven’t worked out in a year after being in a bad accident… ready to get back at in and didn’t know how or where to start all over again… I thank the Almighty for you! I felt like you were right there with me… You working through the exercises without stopping and talking means a lot… let’s me know you sweating and feeling the pain right along with me… lol… you made it look so easy but baybee!!! I am drenched!!!! Will be doing this daily! Heart is pumping! Definitely need a good pre workout messing with you😅😅
