    I've been doing this workout for 5 days now and I love it!! I'm sweaty and out of breath by the end of it and I definitely feel it the next day. It's the perfect work out to do before I take my daily walk. I just turned 50 and it's been challenging to find an ab workout that isn't for 20 yr. old size 2's. ( c'mon, let's get real). Thank you for posting this!!

    God bless you! At least I tried! Not for me. Great workout ! Just too challenging for my mobility limitations. Didn’t feel good to me personally, but encourage others to give it a try! If you never try new ways of working out you will never find what works for you. I am 53, disabled at the age of 30 due to degenerative disc disease, but now that I am in my 50’s, I also have osteoarthritis. Never-the-less, I am not giving up on trying new workouts that may work for me. So far, What works well for me is very low impact gentle exercise such as aqua therapy exercises that are done in a heated pool with epsom salt. I get a good workout WITHOUT the pain! Unfortunately, my insurance won’t pay for it at a public pool 🏊‍♀️ such as at a rec center or gym. Thank you for this exercise video. 🥰
