I saved this video a year ago. Now I actually do this workout. It was tiring, I got through the video but after 10-15 minutes I was cheating through some of the exercises. I will come back to this definitely, hopefully I turn things around for myself.

I just started today and let me tell you. I couldn’t finish the last 4 mins but I’m dedicating to watching this every other day and at the end of the month I’ll master it! 🤙🏾💪🏽

Whew!!! I just did this 30 min workout for the time since I had covid back in May 2022. I used to alternate the 30-40 min workouts but from May-Aug I couldn't really workout at all besides walking. I finally got enough breath back to start the 10 min workout in Sep and then the 20 min workout in Oct-Nov. I got thru the whole 30 mins today without stopping so I am majorly proud of myself. Go Bully! Go me!! Also if I can do it so can YOU.
Day 28 ! And I'm able to do pushup bit more fluently
Earlier i could do max 5 pushups in total
But now do 7 reps of 3 sets without much difficulty.
