  4. I saved this video a year ago. Now I actually do this workout. It was tiring, I got through the video but after 10-15 minutes I was cheating through some of the exercises. I will come back to this definitely, hopefully I turn things around for myself.

Im 6'3" 273 lbs in January of last year and now im a very sexy 216 lbs if i do say so myself 😭💪🏿. I had a lot of issues but you helped me through it thanks a lot.     To the people scrolling I was you. You can do whatever you want whether it's 20lbs or more like me…I know you can stay consistent and don't quit do it for yourself you won't regret it I promise whatever you're going through it's only thirty minutes changing your life for the better is beyond worth it.   31. Whew!!! I just did this 30 min workout for the time since I had covid back in May 2022. I used to alternate the 30-40 min workouts but from May-Aug I couldn't really workout at all besides walking. I finally got enough breath back to start the 10 min workout in Sep and then the 20 min workout in Oct-Nov. I got thru the whole 30 mins today without stopping so I am majorly proud of myself. Go Bully! Go me!! Also if I can do it so can YOU.

    Day 28 ! And I'm able to do pushup bit more fluently
    Earlier i could do max 5 pushups in total
    But now do 7 reps of 3 sets without much difficulty.
    I'm proud of my progress
