I made the maple mustard tahini dressing last night, and once again, you are correct that this is to be drizzled, poured, and dipped on EVERYTHING😂 After dressing a huge "kitchen sink" salad, there was not a drop left as this bowl of heaven was then used as a dip for the fish.   5. OMG, I love your channel . This food is making me drool, and luckily I have all this ingredient's in my kitchen including the cassava for the GF crepes. I am never leaving your channel. other you tubers are no where as healthy and create cheapskate meals NOT frugal meals ( which are high quality low cost not just low everything, yikes1)

    Got to use those broccoli stalks girl!! Shave the outside fibrous part off and cut into rounds about 1/8thin thick so they'll cook at the same speed as the florets. 💯

  8. Fun fact: Damp a paper towel and place it next to your onion. It absorbs the fumes that make our eyes water as it searches for the first wet thing to come into contact with. 😃

    I think this has the capacity to change my life. I have ADHD and have trouble following recipe videos and healthy lifestyles because they never really show how to create all the recipes at once in a way that seems feasible for busy people, or people who have a hard time visualizing things and prepping, but i could see myself making these things. THANK YOUUUU

    Hiii! I just came across your channel, and I tried thé chickpeas. But I don’t buy canned chickpeas. So I let the dried ones sit for 24h and I directly roasted them. Should I have cooked them in water before ? Because they are a bit to “crunchy” and they were in the oven just for 20min.

  22. oh wow, looks so yummy!! I think I'll be making all of these. $3/serving is not really a budget meal in my household, almost bordering to a splurge, but I 'm pretty sure that where I live (UK) most of these ingredients are a lot cheaper so this seems doable still! Thanks for the ideas!

    That's NOT strawberry jam. Most kids won't eat that lumpy stuff. Maple also ruins the strawberry flavor. Add apple to enhance or compliment strawberry.
