    I’m in 7th grade, track, 5’4, female, 111.7 lbs and ik it’s not overweight but I’ve always had a problem with living my body and ig I feel uncomfortable in my skin. I weigh the most in my class (on the girls scale) and it’s kinda embarrassing so yeah imma try this 🙂 also good to stay in shape for track! <3

    Day one- I didn’t expect to lose anything or see progress but I did this and in the morning lost one pound and ik it’s from natural causes but it still felt good 🙂 -110.0

    Day two- earlier~ went on a mile walk to the community center and did a full workout for 30 mins (not this one) Later~no motivation but imma pull threw and update after I finish the workout. Pray no one walks in lol 😅 (I feel sick but I want that dream body!!!!!!!)

    After workout- I had sweat coming out from every pour in my body but I completed it and I’m so happy I did. I was losing motivation but yeah. Also I stop eating after 7 cause I saw someone do that and got amazing results as well as drinking lots of water 💦 (I weighed myself and had someone hold my hair to reduce hair weight and it said 109.7 so 🙂 yeah!)

  23. Started this today and made it till the end 🙌 although I have been doing roberta's 8 min belly fat workout since past 10 days and it has made me loose one inch from my belly ..now since I want to lose inches overall so starting this.. will keep u guys updated
    Day 1(11 march) -✅️ +15 min walking
    Day 2-✅️ +20 mins walk
    Day 3-✅️ but skipped 3 exercise+ 30 min walking
    Day4-skipped (as a rest day as I'm very sore)+ did 30 mins of walking
    Day5- ✅️ with 30 mins walking
    Day 6-✅️ with 40 mins walk
    Day7-skipped with 40 mins walk
    Day8-✅️ with 30 mins walking
    Day9-skipped
    Day10 – ✅️
    Day 11-skipped+20 mins walk
    Day12-skipped +20mins walk
    Day 13-skipped +40 mins walk
    Day14 -Day 19 skipped 😌😌It was navratre and I got too lazy to when walk 😔
    Day20-starting again so did ✅️ half the woorkout+ 40 Mins walk

    Started today
    Day 1 weight 100.5kg( did today's workout without any rest ) and sweated a lot and feeeling 💪 strong
    Day 2 completed w-100.2kg and sweating a lot nd this workouts due to rest time are best for meeee
    Day 3 weight 99.6kgcompleted whole work-out without any extra rest+ I started 2 day arm workout program by Roberta gym along with this workout +_+💪✅
    Day 4 again 99.65 kg and completed the workout 💪

  29. Not to stir things up but, I lost 5.6 KG’s in 6 days, I did a lot of fasting and I exercised twice a day (morning and evening) for 6 days straight, still sticking to this, Wooooooow!! Thanks..

    I finished enjoying it and I was sweating. I like easy exercises and I have tinnitus, but I didn't get symptoms of tinnitus from this exercise. I will include it in my lifestyle. I hope I can do this exercise every day, thank you Roberta! 🤗
