Five years later I still use this advice. Do my pushups on laundry day, against the washing machine. It's the right height for me.

  6. If you do kickbacks while on an incline bench, you are able to get the most brutal squeeze of the tricep. Remember people, the more you can get your arm behind your back, the harder you can squeeze. So when doing rope pushdowns, make sure you are using a rope long enough that when you get to the bottom, you can reach behind you. You can squeeze the muscle 10x harder that way.

Dose guys remind me of when I used to live up in the cities fer about 12 years up dare. Wasn’t too bad a deal.

  8. Kevin Hicks says:

I can't believe the most famous would continue doing this. IMHO, as a grammar geek, on the very first day of PT or Chiropractor school, students should be taught, chickens lay eggs and they lie down to sleep. Masons lay bricks, which lie in a row.

  9. There’s a reason #3 is called a skull crusher 😂

  10. PhD physical therapists suggesting that spot reducing fat is possible despite the mountains of research against it. Another L for “functional” training enthusiasts.

  11. I do kickbacks and dumbbell pullovers. I've never had any problems from either.

  22. Pete Finch says:

I'm a pretty highly experienced lifter, and the tip about the skull crushers (tough name for a solid exercise starting at 3:51) being done with dumbbells instead of a straight barbell is excellent. Some people like using curl bars to allow for more natural wrist movement, but I'm a dumbbell guy all the way with that exercise. Really gets solid results with the triceps too
