I modified a few things like the plank but this was so helpful for me. Thanks again! It felt great when I finished! And just enough time to workout during naptime!

  27. I find these great for isolating certain back muscles, but really repetitive. I think that's the point? Definitely feel a good burn, but not in my lower back or sides so much. So many rows lol….going to search for another back workout to feel complete, Midas is good and Tiff x Dan for covering a variety. You're great for muscle building though !
