  24. My favourite brekkie is to pan fry half an onion in butter, saute then add zahara spice, three finely sliced silver beets leaves including stems. When wilted I press spoon into beets to make two wells where I drop a couple of eggs which are each topped with a tablespoon of grated cheddar or feta. I place a clear pan lid over it and remove when wilted to devour. Love the contrasting flavours and texture.
