  13. I have scoliosis also. I was really getting into this until my back pain got the best of me. I learned that I have a pars defect on L5, so Iโ€™m on a break from jumping for a while. I hope to get back at it some day though. I was really enjoying this routine.

    Rope Jump: 1 min
    Rope Jump: 1 min
    Rope Jump: 1min 30 sec
    Rope Jump: 2 min
    Rope Jump: 1 min 30 sec
    Rope Jump: 1 min
    Rope Jump: 1 min
    Rope Jump: 30 sec
    *30 sec break between each jump
    * I do it either 1 or 2 times depends on my mood.
    Total 15 min workout

    Also I do a skill workout of skipping just to keep in touch.
    One leg, Front to back, Side to side, Lazy side step, One leg swing, Cross overs, Shuffle, Southpaw, Double Unders, Twist, Side swing.
    Total 12 skills (Regular, boxer and run in place not counted)
    1 min each
    30 sec break between each skill
    Total 16 min workout.

    Please do tell me is it worth it ?

  31. Thanks for these short videos! I'm new in this and can only do workout in the morning before class since i'll spend my day sitting and studying.

    Jumping ropes is very affordable and less time consuming but it's just as intense as other workouts for me. With this short and simple videos, I'm still able taking stairs to my class on the 5th floor (my school didn't have elevator).

    Literally so much better than doing other workout that took more times in the morning ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™Œ
