  6. I have been doing your workouts for about 2 months now, just a couple times a week as an addition to my Yoga practice, and what a difference it has made! I have more energy, and I notice I am stronger in things like side plank and chaturanga…they are becoming easier. Thank you for these video they are really well done and hit just right.

I am recovering from a car accident and in combination with physio and your workouts I know I can strengthen my body and recover properly (I have to modify of course but you have to start somewhere!) I am so glad I found your channel. Great music! and I like the signaling when there is a few seconds left of each exercise. Thank you Mikala.
