    Love your book. I'm still trying to make the perfect lasagna. My first try didn't work out so well as I didn't know what a springform pan was so I skipped that part. First time I seen the word BURN on my instant pot display. So lets just say I had my first watered down lasana SOUP! Well my second try didn't work so well either as the "leak proof springform pan" wasn't so leak proof. The flavor was ok but see how far that goes when your pasta is harder than your tooth fillings. I need help. All the leakproof springfoams pans seem to leak. Soon I will be able open a "used springfoam pan store". Is it me, a single male, or am I missing something? 🙁

    I recently purchased your book. My daughter, who is a vegan, and I have made this recipe twice. We both love it. In fact, we love it so much we'd like to make more by using a much larger pan and making it in the oven. We can certainly increase the ingredients proportionately, but wanted to ask you for any thoughts on making this recipe in a larger pan in the oven. In particular, would you do anything to keep it as moist in the oven, and would you adjust the relative quantities of any of the ingredients? Thanks a lot for any help you may be able to provide.   27. I keep seeing things on aluminum being toxic if used for cooking cos it releases aluminum into the food. Idk if that is true but something to look into if you want to see if it has any truth.

    looks delicious. btw your knife sounds super dull. I recommend a simple whetstone + youtube lecture in knife-sharpening. Just like that with zero training you will already see a big improvement I promise. A little bit of practice, and you'll get it really sharp. Sharpening is meditative and relaxing, and it just feels great if your most important tool works better than before. Don't buy one of these pull-through thingies, go lowtech.

  34. Everything is tofu tofu tofu. I can't eat any soy products I'm allergic. But I'll try eggplant in place of it…or what do you suggest?

  40. The creamy filing – delicious and i wish i could show my pictures ! I did not try in Instant Pot ..i made it in the air fryer . I sprayed on top with vegan mozzarella cheese which melted with little crust beautifully when i open the foil . I added cashews too . I liked the idea from the kofta recipes . As we had first snow storm i used eggplant in a good way and made eggplant rollatini with same filling . It's little bit of work but amazing taste ! Love your book , my favorite part – well balance ! Thank you .
