  7. Hi Natasha! Just made your wonderful cheese cake recipe. What I like the most is not folding or wanting soft peaks before combining it. I made a small cake with gluten free crust and a regular, Both turned out great.
I also added shaved chocolate and strawberry puree on top.
    Cheers!

  8. Is it like a jello texture or like a regular cheesecake from the store texture just wanted to know

Why cream AND Mascarpone cheese? Couldn't I just add 20 oz of cream cheese? I don't want want no ponies in my cake. πŸ˜‰ If I wanted to couldn't I just use heavy cream instead of the pony cheese? And then a little spritz of lemon juice to complete the magic?

I made this very good recipe

Do you have a recipe for a no bake lemon cheesecake

  13. I did everything you said to do and measured everything carefully, but I saw in the video that yours seems thicker than mine ( mascapone is very thick but it didn't help). Particularly after I added the strawberry purre, it was obviously liquidy. I continued with the melted Unflavor gelatin as you instructed and pour in the mold. Hopefully it will set well. It is late in the evening here, tomorrow I will check it out to see it it set well.
Natasha, do you have any idea why mine is liquidy?

  14. Do you need to add Gelatin? Or will it still be good without?
