  1. AWESOME!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Because the music brought up so many wonderful memories, it didn't feel like a workout but I was sweating. I went back to the days of me in my bedroom blasting records and singing to the top of my lungs. How my parents put up with it, I'll never know. Then it brought up memories of my favorite movie "Dirty Dancing" and who couldn't love dancing with Patrick Swayze. Then I was shouting SWEET CAROLINE bum bum bum! And of course, What a Wonderful World. Thanks Jules for making it a Wonderful World with your inspiring exercise programs and the positive and motivational messages throughout the workouts. You last message touched me deeply. THANK YOU from the bottom of my HEART!

  24. Iโ€™m on vacation and I love that I can keep up my gym classes in my condo with your videos! They are perfection. I can do something different everydayโ€ฆthank you so so so much!!!!

  25. Great videos and great idea but it would be much better if you would keep beat to the music. Sometimes you do but some songs you don't and it is very difficult for a musical person to move off beat. Maybe get a musical friend to help out.

    I have a history of stage four cancer., breast and spine. I stopped working out. My whole body is like it's swollen with all the medicine I'm taking. My knees…, my legs… my body got stiff. I lost my flexibility. It's hard to walk. It's even hard to stand up. But one day I opened your exercise program and oh boy it got me going. I love working out with the music. I was able to finish the work out, I was sweating and I enjoyed it! The music got me going and going till the work out is finished. This is my second week. I've felt a lot of improvement. I can stand up with ease and can walk without a walker. Today is the day 1 of the exercise program. I hope I can find the rest tomorrow to go through to the last day. And continue on…Thank you so much for this exercise program, You have inspired me to get back to my "normal self". I thank the Lord for having such person like you to help people like me get back in track. I love you.

  33. Day 64! ๐Ÿ˜ I'm not going to let a bruised/cracked rib get in the way of doing my nightly workouts with you Jules BUT I am being very respectful towards it by modifying some moves while holding my rib.
    It can only get better!
    Anyway I couldn't resist committing myself to your 7 day kick-start programme again to keep motivated and moving.
