    I can't even do the 5 lbs, so I used Fiji water bottles instead, which is 2.5 lbs. Overall I feel this is perfect for people like me who is totally out of shape and couldn't find any gym that offer classes at my level. Highly recommend this one for elderly at home workout routine.
