  1. Not a fan at all for these limited ingredients * here is why – Mostly carbs. At 1st glance, so very little protein which is necessary & vital for muscle growth & maintenance of cellulsr regeneration & cellular functional processes . Noticed Zero Eggs which are a perfect food with all the amino acids.
