  23. Just so you know there is nothing called spot reduction of fat.
    It's not like you can selectively reduce belly fat it's not scientifically possible.
    You can reduce your overall fat by eating less working out more (specifically doing cardio).
    The reason why you initially might loose some weight doing this sort of excercise is because initially these excercise may feel like a cardio to you. But to really get those abs to pop out you really need bring down your body fat and for that like I said before eat less and do cardio.
