FYI – Use a whisk to prevent clumping with the chia seeds, also add chia seeds to the milk-not the other way around where they can stick to the bottom in clumps. As for shrimp if you can buy the kind with the shells and take the shells off and boil in water by themselves with a bouquet garni you end up with shrimp bone broth to freeze to later add to seafood soups/risotto broth. Also to get blackstrap molasses off your spoon easier spray with PAM or olive oil.
That Matcha gets me wired! Maybe, using too much.
