AB, the problem I and I am sure many others have is finding andouille sausage to buy. Only recently have I found some "imitation andouille" for sale at Wally World for $9 for a 12oz package. I can't afford that. Can you do a video on making an andouille substitute we less fortunate folks can use? Many thanks!

AB this is off topic but it hit me hard today. I’m a single father raising two girls. Because of them I started watching YouTube videos to learn how to cook better. My girls can always invite their friends for food but recently, I’ve notice a little girl who’s always at my house for dinner or whatever meals I make. To make a long story short, that little girl suffers from hunger. It really hurt me today to find that out.
When I found out I was initially upset at her upbringing where there is a lot of blame to pass around. Without getting too deep, I will just say that it’s bad, and that little girl is asked to bring food home for others. My heart is hurting right now so I will leave it at, thank you AB.

This is right on time b/c my Husband and I was victims of a flood and displaced, although where we are staying right now I am still able to cook, I still have my seasonings, and my crockpot and 2 burner eyes so I'm Grateful.
