    This is my favourite abs workout. It got the best balance for me to keep going until the end. Hardest for me are the side planks. I only could do them from the knees. Now I can do a simple side plank without lifting the leg. Sometimes I have to shake out my arm inbetween, but a while ago I wasnt able to get my hip of the ground at all.
