    It’s been a month now and working on month two with this exercise and a few others and maintaining calories and drinking water everyday. Gosh I feel amazing and refreshed and not so drowsy and yucky I’ve lost 20 pounds in one month of doing Roberta’s workouts. Thank you Roberta!!!!!!!
