Lose Weight Fast

Hey guys! Today I’m sharing with you the weight loss meal plan that I used to lose weight (40 Lbs)! I’ve created this meal plan for …

  1. Hey you guys! I hope you enjoy the video today – my 3rd weight loss meal plan video/ based on what I ate daily to lose weight. I just want to apologize for the fact that some of you have had issues accessing my blog and website. Have been having some major issues with it – but this week it is busy moving to a brand new server of it's own, and so there shouldn't be issues after this. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience it has caused. ALL of these recipes will be up on the blog within the next week, when the new server is fully set up. Thank you for the patience! I love you all! XO

  2. Hi I've emailed, but had no response, I bought a meal plan and never received the link to access it

  3. Note to everyone from a Dietician student: take note of your BMI (weight + length) and calculate how much calories YOU need to loose weight. Liezl is quite petite, so she doesn't need a lot of calories to sustain her body health. Take note of this, perhaps add a salmon or something else to the dishes she makes to upward the calorie intake in a healthy way 🙂

my fav snack is apple n peanut butter

  5. Hi Liezl

A very big appreciation to Dr Igudia on YouTube for helping me cured my type 2 diabetes with his natural herbs supplements which I got from him after I contacted him on his YouTube channel.

  8. Milen 666 says:

how many calories for one serving of the dinner?

  9. I really can’t stop thanking and recommending Dr Igudia on YouTube who cured my type 2 Diabetes with the natural herbs medication which I got from him on his YouTube Channel.

  10. Valerie W says:

Hi Liezl! I made the quinoa salad and used edamame instead of black beans and it was amazing! Love your recipes!! Lovely ideas that are very practical. Thank you!

  11. Zaplin Plays says:

Celiac disease… Is that brand normal rye bread or a specific.. kind that is gluten free ?

Rye contains a gluten protein called secalin. Thus, it's unsuitable for those following a gluten-free diet.

  12. These are the simple yummy meals I’ve been looking for. Straight to the point, simple healthy ingredients, clear description, uncluttered picture, and specific measurements. Thank you!

  13. two words. RICE CAKES! they are gluten free and less calories than bread and also tasty!

  14. JIK says:

Hey God loves you, and so much He sent Jesus His son to save us, repent and trust Him He wants you!

  15. Jill says:

Rye bead contains glutinous protein called secalin making it Unsuitable following a gluten free diet. If it doesn’t say GLUTEN FREE on the package then it contains gluten.
When making videos you MUST BE AWARE OF WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT !!

  16. High value says:

How do you maintain a diet when you are close to your menstrual cycle? I feel like I can’t control myself when it comes to PMS cravings

  17. Can we use normal tomatoes for the lunch??

  18. lightgivener says:

What the hell? I am much taller than the average man and therefore need more calories. Just going by man or women need a difference of calories makes no sense. She does then mention calories can easily be adjusted for specific needs which is good. But why then specify it is for "women" ie oftentimes but really not always smaller bodied full grown humans in the first place?

  19. Sammy B says:

I like the idea of these meals but I cant bare the dinner vegetables or peppers and tomatoes. Has anyone got any alternatives? I was thinking possiblly a keto diet.

  20. Free Born says:

I lost 85 lb in eight months and I'm 66. But cutting out carbs and sugar and some of the things you've shown are full off that garbage.

  21. Eat a lime squeezed in cold water every night before bed .youl lose loads
Put a teaspoon of cinnamon in the glass too it kicks your metabolism up a gear . it .I did that for 6 months

  22. nelly onate says:

    Thank you. This is great!

  23. DAWN GIBSON says:

Some food healthy can taste awful but not very everyone.
    I love healthy food.

  24. It looks very delicious, could you please write the material on the video next time

  25. The only thing I‘m missing about your meals is a little bit of margarine on the bread and a healthy sauce to the veggies, fish and rice, bc otherwise it would be way to dry for my taste.

  26. The yogurt with diced apples were good. Great ideas.

  27. KJ says:

My bread is only 45 calories a slice

  28. Siham al says:

Sometimes when you eat less you'll think it'll keep you thin but, from my experience and so many women I saw around eating more made them loss more weight and get the body they wanted specially if you’re skinny or skinny fat. I was skinny fat but, when I started to eat more carbs/food and try to not be afraid from carbs/food I started to see better results even my abs showed up while when I was eating 1300/1500 calories and worked out even more I didn't see much difference comparing to eating 2000 calories a day I look much fitter and healthier now. Of course if you're over weight you'll have to eat less first to meet the healthy weight first.

This even reminds me of seeing a friend of my flatmate who was starving herself to the point she'll feel dizzy and worked out twice a day 6 times a week and she was struggling to loose weight while I was working out once a day 4 times a week and eat more and she was asking what I was doing and I told her just eat more, straving it actually does the opposite. I ate from 2 cups rice, I whole big potatoes and a lot more and I was just losing weight even more then I wanted. Also keeping yourself active is key.

  29. Lisa Edwards says:
