i eat fast food everyday in the Bay Area just to save money.
Lol it's not that much of a surprise ever since cokacola way back everything is a business just trying to get you addicted to their products with chemicals added that don't give us real nutrients that's old fruits and veg used to
Vegetable oils are mostly made up of polyunsaturated fatty acids and are also a big concern. It's the oil used in deep fryers, extremely unhealthy.
Carbs and sugar eaten regularly lead to insulin resistance which is a real problem. Carbs make people hungry and make us eat more frequently causing insulin spikes all day. Protein and veg are a much better option.
Your guy that interview ellon musk must have been on this diet too. his brain is not working
Give it time… you be right ππ seriously tho wtf you expect when you been stuffing ya face with shite for 2 weeks ππ surely not everyone eats like that! I have a breakfast, small dinner tea and small supper. Not all that crap plus snacks and rubbish. It's like he was going all out to eat as much crap as possible.
Hey! That is MY secret diet. You are not supposed to steal that. Eat like a garbage disposal and move as little as possible.
Just came to rewatch this video, it's so fascinating! I wonder what happens if the opposite happens and someone stops eating processed food for 30 days.
The lasagna looks disgusting π€’ and all the other foods as well.
no wonder why i have a balance weight since kid even tho i eat like 1 kilo rice/day.
Wait wait is he one of the guys from operation ouch? Did anyone else watch that when they were little?
this is what it's like to have a boss fight between you and your health
so, if you eat fat, you become fat. got it
He didn't count his calories? Would be more interesting to see how for example 1500kcal of homemade food compares to 1500kcal of processed food diet.
Even though processed foods are bad, this video is kind of misleading. It makes it seem like even if you were on calorie deficit on processed foods you would still gain weight.
This is the story of my life. Iβve struggled with digestion for over 10 years and had no idea that processed food was having that kind of impact on my body. Iβm definitely changing my diet. Thank you so much for sharing this video. Everyone needs to see this!
sorry, for this to be even remoteley scientific, you would have to get what calories you were consuming on your previous diet, and then match them to this diet and then compare the results. Not just eat whateve and how much ever you want on the new diet. Your weight and fat went up because you ate way more calories than you burned. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE
Western society is disgusting
Thanks. Very informative. Particularly the part where how childrenβs brains might be affected or altered.
this looks like a remake of Supersize Me
Something that was not factored in here which Iβm a bit disappointed with is what his calorie intake was on his normal diet and what his calorie intake was with the month of eating processed foods.
There are too many unknowns here like activity levels which could easily change the results one way or another.
To be fair, he was already unhealthy.
5:53 "I feel like eating more food."
…films cat
massive wake up call for me to stop eating like this because i have felt so poorly for so long and now i understand why
I have not eaten any of that kind of processed food for over 25 years. If I see list of ingredients. I don't eat it. And NO sugar-based foods ever. 63 at 158lb 6'1 with visible ab structure.
Scary about this is in that pepperoni pizza with mini pepperonis every single ingredient on that pizza had sugar. (DEXTROSE is a type of sugar) so every single ingredient is spiking your insulin.
lovely family and good video.
I'm trying to gain weight and I learned I need to eat more processed foods.
All plants are toxic. Eat raw meat. If you can't then just go carnivore.
I'm okay with shitting on processed food but COME ON. First and foremost ''eating when I feel like it'' = absolutely stuffing your face for a month is OBVIOUSLY GOING TO MEAN YOU'RE GONNA GET FAT. Second – your body is OBVIOUSLY going to feel the difference when you suddenly change your diet significantly. And last but not least – EVEN if the doc got fatter… the lightning, camera angle and his body posture are CREARLY different in the before and after pictures.
what? those things don't make something "ultra-processed"…
if I sprinkle some MSG, spice extracts, and sodium phosphate on a carrot it doesn't become "ultra-processed food" lmao.
Consume and Obay. Nom Nom sheep.
Its called Super Size Me. Theres no reason for this guy to do this. We all know what happens when you eat like this.
Not sure why MSG is counted as a "bad" chemical. It naturally occurs on Seaweed, in Parmesan, Beef. But no no. It's a harmful "chemical". Jog on.
And the whole "chemical schtick". Everything is a chemical.
talk shit about MSG?!?! mf if i would try that with my gfs family… id be dead (asians)
The food industry is poisoning the human race and raking in billions for it.
Kind of pointless no ? Unless you equate calories I'm not sure what this video is proving it's well know that a calorie surplus causes nearly all these hormonal imbalances etc would be cool to see the same experiment with calories equated
Youβre not a DR mate.. youβre probably still under your hypnosis πππ
Nothing surprising here
And yet by society's standards, this video is considered misinformation and offensive.
