21 days workout plan – Weight loss & Strength Training.
1. Squats Super set with Skipping
– 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec skipping )
2. Push press with Jumping Jacks
– 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec jumping jacks)
3.Dead Lift with kettle bell swing
– 10 reps 3 sets (10 reps Kettle bell swing)
4. Incline Dumbbell Press with Plank
– 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec Plank)
5. Bent over row with load and carry
– 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec load and carry)
6.Burpee
– 20 reps 3 sets
