Happy New year to u and all π
I have been following ur channel from past few months. I started doing your workouts during the month of March And April. But due to some busy work I had to pause it for a while. Then again I resumed my workout routine during September. At the time I did your 14 day challenge. I felt nice when I completed the challenge. Then again due to exams,studies etc I had to pause . Then after tht finally as my new year resolution I have started working out again from Jan 1st. This time I first did the warp up workout, then I did begginers workout routine. Feeling fresh …and reading ur reply really keeps me on my track. β€οΈ
I just need one suggestion- see I hve exams coming up so my days will be quite more occupied than any other day..so during tht time cud u suggest me which excercise can I do ?π
Let me try this for 2 weeks while getting my meal healthy and straight.
Day 1: taking small breaks for some exercise but I'm not quitting just yet! [77.2 kg]
Day 2: I'm sweating out so much. [76 kg]
Day 3: Still sweating out badly, I didn't skip on the first two jumping jacks! [75.1 kg]
Day 4: Did all the exercise with a little rest time in between. [75.5 kg]
Day 5: I'M TIREEEEED BUT I'M NOT A QUITTEEEER.
