    Don't use raw pineapple, the enzyme in uncooked or non-canned pineapple will dissolve protein in whipped cream, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, or gelatin– the results will vary, but won't be appealing.

    Add a little sugar (if it's too tart) and a little of your favourite liquor … brandy, rum, whisky – whatever … and pour some over your favourite ice cream.πŸ˜€

  23. Freeze that juice and use it in dressings, marinades, beverages, glazes, and in other baked desserts in lieu of adding more sugar or acid. Pineapple juice should never be thrown out! It’s liquid gold. 😜
