    I felt that arm cross stretch holy cow,i didnt feel it in the traps felt it wheree the pec muscle is inserted

    Does active stretches mean the same as dynamic stretches? I am not sure if this routine is dynamic or static stretching, I want to make sure because I have read that Static stretching before a weight workout (which is what I have used this video for for a long time) can be harmful

  10. Why can’t I do this without having to put my head down a bit??? I can only feel it in the top of my shoulder like my delts I think they are?

    I would like to know if doing these stretches all the muscles in your back and shoulders? Have recently started job where there lifting involved which I not used to. Have been doing these to help but is it enough?

    When I was looking for upper body stretches for someone who’s never worked out before I landed on this video. Very friendly and to the point and let me tell you just because I’m skinny did not at all mean that I was properly stretched; when I did this for the first time I was dying. But every time I start my upper body workout this is the video that I return too before I begin. Thanks for keeping it up after all these years!

  23. Shouldn’t most of these stretches be done after a workout? I’m seeing a lot of static stretching and I’ve read we should be doing dynamic stretches before exercising
