    I'm really happy for you that what you did worked and you achieved your goal. I do want to add something important to your comment about carbs. I ate them all my life and it led me to being 350lbs. I wish i knew then what i know now. I had gastric bypass and kept eating carbs and only dropped to 240lbs. Then hit 270lbs and was so frustrated with myself. In 2018 I came across keto. I was 47. I did a healthy version where the only carbs were leafy greens and in 10 months dropped 65lbs. Carbs are not good for you. They are not your body's preffered fuel. Your body uses them up first to remove them. Insulin removes the sugar because it tries to get rid of bad stuff in your body, just like your immune system fights the bad stuff. My blood sugar dropped every time I ate carbs no matter what source they came from. Please don't tell people these things cause every body is different and saying not to try a specific way of eating doesn't help them. Keto saved my life. No more blood sugar issues and I feel great. I'm not saying this to be mean but please do some research. They are starting to figure things out about carbs and sugar.

    I stopped sugar, started working out 3 days a week, drink lots of water and I fast sometimes intermittently, sometimes for longer periods, but fasting has helped me lose 20 lbs in the last 2 months.

    It’s very helpful , thanks sis , I became small from xsmall , but the more I think of reducing just one lb , it doubled my craving with either ice cream or candies. I have been paying for gym every month I have just went thrice in pat year, to dress up and go to gym become a big thing for me after this work from home started.

    2. Stop drinking milk.
    3. Chocolate is out the window.
    4. Stop being so depressed.
    5. Find a therapist.

    This is what a real person's weight loss list looks like. Oh and have fun with the withdrawals…. I need something that can actually work for me.
