    Try adding soaked porcini mushroom slices (chopped finely) whenever using fresh mushrooms. It gives deep earthy mushroomy flavor and takes the dish to another level ๐Ÿ˜‹

    to those no using broth: please use white wine, not red wine. otherwise that sauce will go to a whole nother direction!
