  1. This is hilarious. And true. And has motivated me to join the 10% of healthy people. By knowing that I'm going to exercise every day, it's just a question of 'what' I will do, not 'whether' I will do anything. Thank you.

  2. Tila Sole says:

I was in the military for a little over four years. I can promise another few years would not have made me want to do more exercises.

  3. Dollie Brown says:

Ogie Shaw is from Raleigh, NC. Such an amazing speech. I'm from Raleigh as well.

  4. Actually, strengthen your lower back and stretch your abdominal muscles. We all sit too much.

  8. Work out everyday, first thing in the morning, 20 mins, against resistance.
Be able to sit with legs straights and bend, reach 10.cms past toeas
Step for 3 mins. Rest 15 secondes and take pulse. Should be less than 156 beats per min.

The problem isn't just movement, it's the S.A.D diet and the poison on our grocery shelves disguised as food. Most of the food in your local grocery store is full of sugar, pesticides and hormones. Knowledge is power.

  18. At 6.26 You state that if physical exercise is fun you and not doing it right and that there is no exercise that we know of that adequately works the whole body…. I beg to differ. For me, dance does all that and more….the mental wellbeing.

  19. Mercedes Lee says:

6:13 “every muscle, cardiovascular, flexibility, muscle balance, muscle strength”…. My Question, how do you do all that in 20 mins?

  20. Ron Rogers says:

Awesome presentation. I feel like I’m the hump day of my life style change. I’m 3 years into a fairy consistent routine of diet and excessive. Holidays are tough for me and I also struggle with a social affairs keeping up with my routine. I’m learning to forgive myself when I mess up.

My personal motivation is to continue to enjoy SCUBA diving and travel into my later life. Thanks for the encouragement and presentation.

  21. Rachelle G says:

I started walking once a day everyday it's as simple as that

  22. I start everyday with prayer and gratitude. I roll out a mat seven days a week. I do core some stretching and then push ups. They're free. They're waiting every morning. Takes about 10 minutes but it's continuous. Need it more then my coffee which I have shortly after.

  23. League sports for out of shape adults, especially women. All levels. Softball, soccer, basketball, tennis, maybe all indoor. Most adults had fun at these, but unless you’re a healthy young male, after adulthood we never get to play these again.
