Is there a version for very obese people like myself who can't lift themselves off the ground? I had physical therapy for several years after a car accident and other injuries and being forced to be on bed rest. I became weak and obese. Now I struggle with exercising. My doctor says I don't have limitations anymore. I'm just so heavy.
Advice for older folks, like me, be very careful with push ups, you can easily hurt your shoulders. Work your way up to the full push up. Shoulder injuries take a while to heal.
I don't know why but I can't tell that I am balancing my hands properly in push-ups when ever I do it I feel like I am giving too much wait on my one hand but not both and tips for doing push-ups straight
