    For all those with a viewpoint that meat and butter are unhealthy. Do some research. Red meat and butter are some of the healthiest things to consume. Fruits and veggies aren’t as nutrient dense as steak. If you don’t over season the steak and cooking it without oils then it’s a healthy meal

    for people who are oil/fat sensitive (like me), just before the beef finished cooking i separated it from the pan and stir fried some veggies, before adding the beef back in to finish. thanks for the recipe TiffyCooks, it was absolutely delicious!

    That is not how you hold a knife.

    For best results, pinch the base of the knife with your index finger and thumb, and have the rest of your fingers firmly wrapped around the handle. Your other hand (as much as possible) should be used as a guide, fingertips tucked in, and blade against your knuckles.
