Wow this is a great beginner video. I consider myself a little more experienced but if Iโm being honest I had a hard time keeping up. I paused the video a couple of times and took a few extra seconds in between exercises. Great video thanks Jordan.
I just found this and love this. Don't have to do too much reps just enough to get the blood flowing.
i didnt see the rest time on the video cause i was doing the exercise and when i looked up he was doing another one ๐ถโโ๏ธ but im not that tired so im proud of myself i did it all at once ๐

still too hard for me lol
I've been doing this workout for approximately 11 days and I can see my that my muscle has increased. I can actually see the muscle and feel that it is very hard compare to before.
Update 1: I am now able to do regular pushups which I haven't been able to do since I was a kid.

Before workout: less productivity at work, feel weak physically and stressed out.
After a week: less stress and better focus on work too ๐
Day 1: This video x 2 times
Day 2: This video x 2 times (incl. some full push ups)
Day 3: This video x 2 times (incl. some full push ups)
Day 4: This video x 1 time (replaced push up with ankle raise instead)
Day 5: Rest day
Day 6: 1hr ping pong and 20mn gym
Day 7: Rest Day
Whew. I'm tired, time to rest for a week.
