I discovered three of your fitness videos on AARP website, and began working out every other day for the last two weeks. I searched online to find a yoga video, and clicked on a link which happened to be yours. I visited the website listed below your video, and it was amazing! Wow, what a treasure to behold. The full body workouts will enable me to be more flexible, walk with confidence, and feel better about myself.   20. I just found you! I wonder if you could do some exercise routines that do not involve shoulder movement as much as the 2 I have just seen. Both of my shoulders are in bad shape and I just can't reach my arms over my head. I substitute smaller movements, but I'd enjoy more attention to lower body. Thank you for what you are doing!

    Covid lockdowns and the associated fear of social contact have kept me from my usual outdoor activity and I find that I have lost a lot of physical confidence and core strength. I'm 81 and trying to regain muscle strength – my GP practice nurse tells me this is possible and its not too late, it'll just take time and patience. I'm finding your stretching and warmup routines very helpful. I really appreciate your gentle and quiet approach and love your cat!

  31. I'm 68 and was in pretty good shape until I was diagnosed with cancer last year. It required surgery and I've been working hard to get back to a good physical fitness routine. This video has been part of that recovery. I appreciate your gentle approach and the inclusion of your mother. I'm not sure I could handle watching a gung-ho super jock every day for months on end, but I really enjoy joining you, your cat, and your mother.
