    this is the first workout i've done in probably 2 years. covid and work took all my workout motivation and it's been hard. have only taken the occasional walk and tried to go swimming but never got into a routine. i'm terribly out of shape, and did have to do this easier and slower than you did, but i'm proud of me for getting the motivation to try to work out again and for finishing the entire workout. now excuse me, i'll have to lay down now for a bit.

It was harder and i struggled to get to the end, but when it was over, i still felt good about it ! Thanks for cherring me up !

    I like it! Minus most of the floor stuff,i couldn't really feel my abs over the screaming pain from my shoulders, ouch 😶
    Does anyone have some exercise ideas with which i can build shoulder strength before i do this again or any exercises that are less harsh on the shoulders that i can do instead during this workout?

    Totally unrelated to the purpose of the video but your dog is super cute. I was nearly copying him at one point! On a serious note, great little workout. I like a short workout to do straight after my night shift, in case I'm feeling lazy when I wake up, at least I have done some sort of workout! thank you!
