  14. today i did 30min work out i took 1/2whole wheat chapati in morning 1chapati in lunch 1guava 1/2 chapati at night.But I am feeling too hungry at night i cant beat with my night cravings plz help me out.i will have to loose 4-5kgs in a month prescribed by Dr stictly.
