    20kgs in 3 months is highly unstable, letโ€™s see how she maintains this weight. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Iโ€™ve done this and Iโ€™m telling you with experience losing 20kgs over a year is much better than 3 months. It shows that you have a stable diet and not have obsessed over tracking each calorie and ruining your life.

  10. Never let your water bottle get empty as soon as u drink your water fill it this will remind you that yes u have one more water bottle to get emptied
    This is my trick for good water intake

    I have 1lt water right after I weak up and 1lt water during workout and right after workout. Thatโ€™s helping me to finish water goal. During the day I have herbal teas instead of water. I have bedtime tea before sleeping is helping me hydrate throughout the night while Iโ€™m sleeping

    I too lost 20 kgs in 3 months, but not by following this routine. I do gym for 2 hours a daily, reduce the amount of food intake. My food routine would be ike having ragi malt & dry fruits in morning, brown rice with sabzi, dal and rasam, curd in afternoon, ofcourse in small portions for each item, fruits in the evening and one chapati with peanut butter at night. Definitely, there were cheat meals but still i did lose 20 kgs. I was 120 kgs earlier, 100 now.. my weight seems to have been struck at 100kg, it's not going below that mark.. still being perseverant.. and keeping my efforts. I won't back down till i am 60kgs. When I come down to 60kgs, i will have my own story to tell to the world.

    Very useful thanks dear ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ but whenever I see in weight machine that I loose my weight and immediately i become happy and I forgive my diet journey and eat some junk food ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญi did so many times what should I do??
