    3 days ago i finished this workout completely. But i took three breaks. My goal is to do this workout for 5 days continuously and to be able to finish it without any breakk lessgooo

    Day 1 .. did thsi workout wothout pausing the vid (tried all but couldn't complete them for 50secs)

    I feel like theyโ€™re could of been a longer pause point in the middle to let people rest then kept going I bet A lot more would be able to finish and feel like they achieved.

    This is brilliant but pretty hard-core. I'm not an athlete by any means so I modified it to do 40 second workouts with a 20 break and some exercises 30 seconds with a 30 second break to give myself time to catch up. If you can't keep up with her, deffo don't give up, just try to modify and maybe half the speed or time she does. But persistence is key ๐Ÿ™‚

    I did it! I am sweating a little but overall I'm ok. If you can't do the full 35 min , ITS OK u don't have to push yourself over the limit, don't really refer to this comment that much cuz im 10 and I play a lot of sports but yeah. This comment is just to tell u that U CAN DO IT if you try to.

  21. When an exercise is too advanced for me like jumping into a lunge position from the other leg, I just touch in the middle to gain my balance. Or those side planks: I just held the plank instead of lifting my leg. I still got a great work out and every one gets easier till I don't need the modifications and gain speed. I started these because my work outs weren't hitting the hips and knees enough and I definitely feel improvement.

    i'll try to do it for 20min in ramadan for 30 days
    1 day โœ…
    2 day โœ…
    3 day โœ…
    4 day โœ…, but for 10min cuz i'm fasting without sleeping so i'll count the fasting as a calorie burning throughout the day ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜ญ
    5 day โœ…, i did 20min
    6 day โœ…
    7 day โœ…, only for 10min
    8 day โœ…, agaib only for 10min, but it's definitely getting easier

  25. WHEW!!! This was tough! I didn't expect this to be as hard as it was – I couldn't even finish. I'm proud of myself for getting as far as I did bc I haven't worked out in weeks. I'm excited to try this again and see if I can get closer to the end.

    I've done many 30 min exercises and I feel this was the worst. It wasn't even designed to be finished in 30 mins with the puny 10 seconds break after every 50 sec work. I don't think I'll do this again ever

    This is not easy I couldn't even get half the way through. Going to challenge myself to get all the way through. probably doing it 1/2 times week. Wish me luck
    1: 9:55 my legs could keep up and feel sick
    2: 14:10 my legs still couldn't keep up but dont feel sick this time
    3: 16:18 Legs still couldn't keep up but got a bit further. mild sick feeeling again.
    4: 14:37 Cant get pass the monster burpies!
