  8. This PDF calculator seems to be only for people who want to lose weight. According to it I'm supposed to eat 1547 calories per day. The "Track" app on my phone also accounts for sex, age, weight and height, and if it is to be believed, I need at least 1800 calories to not lose weight, and 2300 calories to gain 1 lb per week. So the 1547 is almost certainly too low for me. I already weight 124 lbs, I can't lose any more. This PDF needs a setting for goals of the person…

    Your calculator is broken as hell. Recommends 4k kcal to lose weight. 8k if I go to gym +6 times/week
