    I've been doing you're exercising videos and what really helps me is using a chair in front of me to help with balance and I'm heavy so it helps me alot to follow along no problem!   14. Day 5 of the 30-day intermediate workout. Much easier today than yesterday and I did use the weights. 80 years + 2 months of age.

  15. That was a good workout. Your Mom and I are only a few years apart and when she talked about dancing and the "LADIES CHOICE" dance it brought a smile to my face and memories of the parties we would have on Sunday afternoon from 2PM till 5PM rushed through my mind. These school dances were so awesome growing up. Your Mom is so inspiring to those of us that are trying to stay fit even in our "Golden Years" Thanks to both of you and keep on moving.

  20. just did this work out just barley made it but i did im just 54,weight less then 120.my son told me years dont lay aroun,he see me working out like see i told you ,but hey im up doing it now thank you so much i got a up coming appt oct 21 lord knows i got keep it..again thank you๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€my left side is so weak i think i had a small stroke but my hand get tight hard to write and stand my God bless you keep teaching.

    These workouts make all the difference! I walk faster my balance is better. I have more confidence in how I look and feel. I am 78 and feel so blessed that I found you and your mom. I have always exercised and I know what a difference it makes. I have always walked but these exercises are great because I can stay inside to do them. My arms thank yoi!!!!

  35. I am so glad that I found your workouts here on YouTube! I do your 30 minute videos 6 days a week and eat 1200 calories per day. I have been doing this for 1 month now and have only lost 1/2 a pound. Any suggestions on what I can do to get the scale moving down. I weigh 192 and am 56 years old. Also menopausal.
