  11. Andie says:

You would know stevia is a placebo sugar then… It's not actually good for you and clogs the arteries faster than regular sugar when eaten at larger capacities. Instead use honey or maple syrup, you literally need less. This is common knowledge eating disorders just get the best of people.

  12. I tried it…I am in trouble😂😂😂😂 so yummy

  13. Alma Gann says:

  15. Sharina Ross says:

Greek yogurt and ricotta only will not be called delicious.

  16. Paige says:

This ain’t bad. It’s definitely not an ice cream; or a shake or anything. You know it’s yogurt and cheese but it’s really good!

  17. Paige says:

She is giving two shots of vodka vibes with those “tablespoons” of ricotta

  18. Hani says:

Yes for me its balance, I love my less nutritions calories dense dessert as much as I love my nutritions pack dessert.

Sometimes a small pack of cookies or protein lava cake, whichever I crave at that moment 😋

  19. N B. says:

Minus the coconut oil this looks awesome

  20. Lisa S says:

It drives me nuts when people ask for calories and macros from a content/influencer person. They can figure it out themselves! Once you know the ingredients and measures. There are tons of Apps and really it’s not difficult. Why do people expect someone else to do EVERYTHING for them? Okay I’m done with my rant. I’m sorry if I offended anyone.

  21. I will use dark maple 🍁 syrup or a good honey 🍯 can’t wait to try

  22. Paris LeShea says:

I wish I didn't hate the taste of dark chocolate.

  23. I’ve made this twice now but changed it slightly! It’s so delicious and I’ve already told a few family members about it haha

  24. S.A. says:

Interesting. Clearly everyone is different. For me, as long as I’ve eaten something filling before hand, I won’t binge on a treat and a little resis is plenty for me.

  25. Thank you for the recipe

  26. Halo Hunter says:

It's very simple you can eat whatever you want, as long as you don't go over you're calories maintenance. People think dieting is so hard, but it's not. People are just lazy and make up any excuses to why they are gaining weight.

  27. Sarah James says:

What's that in the bottle 😊

  28. This is definitely one of my main cravings.

  29. my2bears says:

OMG! I’m soooo trying that like TODAY 😅

  30. Instead of talking, you should tell us what you’re putting in it

  31. C.Jewell says:

Any sweetener without erythritol that doesn't have that awful after taste? Erythrotol can raise the risk of blood clots esp in ppl already predisposed to clotting issues. I'd rather find something that didn't increase my risk for a heart attack or stroke. Would love to hear some suggestions! Thank you!

  32. ILANA , WHAT CAN I USE INSTEAD OF RICOTTA CHEESE. CAN I USE COCONUT CREAM? THANKS

  33. THANKS SO MUCH 🙏🏻

  34. Mia Wallace says:

  37. These whips have really helped curb my cookie sweet tooth! Thank you! And so delicious! I vary it using pumpkin w allspice, but this is my fav blend so far:
    3/4 – 1 c 0% milk fat Greek yogurt
    1 heaping tbsp PB2 powder
    1/3 banana
1 tsp – 1 tbsp honey (from my beekeeper sister’s bees)
    1 heaping tbsp oats
1 heaping tbsp unsweet shredded coconut
    Fiber One (amount varies)

    Yum! Very filling!

  38. Instead of stevia, I put my protein powder in my "pudding"
    It might work in this.

  39. I haaaaaaatttte stevia or any other artificial sweeteners. They make me nauseous. Is there anything else I could use?
