    I have a question. I have been walking on treadmill since 3 weeks ago(6 times a week, 45 minutes each session) as my cardio exercise. However, since yesterday i have noticed that i felt less tired, less sweating and my heart rate also lower than before. Is this normal? Should i increase the speed and incline? Hope someone can help

  12. You're really in great shape,but you shouldn't give instructions to other people.Starts with the punches and ends how you overbend your knees in a very unhealthy way.I clearly see you're not a professional instructor.
